Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a user-centered design approach in all development efforts.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve UI/UX-related issues in existing implementations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX development within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive web design.
- Proficient with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ServiceNow UI tools (Service Portal, UI Builder, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work UK shift hours.
