Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and driven Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B IT sales, with hands-on experience in selling laptops, desktops, and Microsoft licensing solutions such as Teams and Office 365.
This role involves end-to-end sales responsibility—from lead generation to deal closure—while building long-term relationships with corporate clients and delivering tailored IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales for IT hardware including laptops and desktops
- Promote and sell Microsoft solutions such as Teams, Office 365, and licensing packages
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal technical and support teams for smooth project execution
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings
Key Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in B2B IT sales
- Proven experience in selling IT hardware and Microsoft licensing solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT requirements and solution selling
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
Preferred Skills
- Existing network of corporate clients is an advantage
- Experience in handling enterprise or SMB accounts
- Strong problem-solving and consultative selling approach
