Job Overview

We are seeking experienced and driven Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B IT sales, with hands-on experience in selling laptops, desktops, and Microsoft licensing solutions such as Teams and Office 365.

This role involves end-to-end sales responsibility—from lead generation to deal closure—while building long-term relationships with corporate clients and delivering tailored IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales for IT hardware including laptops and desktops
  • Promote and sell Microsoft solutions such as Teams, Office 365, and licensing packages
  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal technical and support teams for smooth project execution
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings

Key Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in B2B IT sales
  • Proven experience in selling IT hardware and Microsoft licensing solutions
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT requirements and solution selling
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting

Preferred Skills

  • Existing network of corporate clients is an advantage
  • Experience in handling enterprise or SMB accounts
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative selling approach
