About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong expertise in SD-WAN and Network Security solutions to expand our enterprise business across the West Region of India.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in enterprise IT solution sales, particularly within Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) and Logistics sectors, and the ability to manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and existing contacts
  • Drive business development activities across the West Region
  • Identify and acquire new enterprise customers in BFSI and Logistics sectors
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and deal closure
  • Conduct client meetings, solution presentations, and technical discussions
  • Understand customer network infrastructure requirements and recommend suitable SD-WAN solutions
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design solutions and prepare proposals
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and account growth
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong understanding of SD-WAN, SASE, MPLS, VPN, Firewalls, and Network Security
  • Experience in B2B IT / Networking / Cybersecurity solution sales
  • Proven ability to generate and manage enterprise leads independently
  • Experience working with enterprise customers in BFSI or Logistics sectors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with technical teams to create tailored enterprise solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–8 years of experience in IT Networking or Cybersecurity Sales
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise solution selling

Experience working with OEM technologies such as:

  • Fortinet
  • Versa Networks
  • Cisco
  • VMware
